Booking & Notes

• Bookings must be made at least 10 days in advance
• Some items may vary slightly depending on availability
• Optional services come at additional cost

Cancellation Policy

• Fully refundable within 24 hours of confirmation
• Cancellations 8 days or less before the event are non-refundable
• Cancellations more than 8 days before may be partially refundable, subject to confirmed optional service costs

Rental & Breakage Policy

• All rental items will be collected within 24 hours after the event
• Any breakage or damage will be charged at replacement/repair cost
• Kindly handle all décor and rental items with care

Security Deposit

A refundable security fee of 300 SAR is required. The amount will be fully returned after all rented items are collected in good condition.
