We act as an intermediary between you and service providers (airlines, hotels, event venues, tour operators, etc.).

•Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
•Payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking.
•Prices are subject to change based on availability, currency fluctuations, and supplier policies.
•All payments must be made through approved payment methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
•Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email or WhatsApp.
•Refund eligibility depends on the terms of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
•Some bookings may be non-refundable.
•Administrative fees may apply to all cancellations.
•Refund processing time may take up to 30 business days after approval.

4. Changes to Bookings
•Any change request (dates, destinations, names, services) is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
•Certain bookings may not be changeable after confirmation.

5. Travel Documents & Requirements
•It is your responsibility to ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
•You must arrange all necessary visas, permits, and health requirements for your destination.
•We are not responsible for denied boarding, visa refusals, or travel restrictions due to missing documents.

6. Liability Disclaimer
•Ahlam Travel & Events is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, hotels, weather, political events, or any force majeure circumstances.
•We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or additional expenses incurred during travel.
•All services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.

7. Special Requests
We will try our best to accommodate special requests (meal preferences, seating, room type, etc.), but these are not guaranteed and depend on supplier availability.

8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage.

9. Behavior & Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate bookings if a customer’s behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, or dangerous.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be handled in Saudi courts.
